This will be the most photographed event of your life and it is important to look your best not only for the day itself but also for the photos. Sarah - Louise will be your Fairy God Mother when it comes to your perfect wedding make - up and will also contribute to make your wedding morning calm, relaxing and exciting. Over the years, Sarah-Louise has been the make up artist for brides who have spent their wedding day at venues including Luton Hoo, Dunston Hall Norwich, Hengrave Hall Suffolk, Offley Place, Hitchin Priory, Blickling Hall, Sprowston Hall Norwich and lots more beautiful venues! Where ever you will be walking down the asie, Sarah-Louise will show you your perfect wedding make up to go with your big day whether it being a beautiful manor house or a full blown glitzy venue - there's a perfect look for each and every unique wedding!

Having been a bride herself, Sarah - Louise knows exactly how important it is to yourself that you look picture perfect for your special day. You can have all faith that Sarah - Louise will not dissapoint you.

GENERAL

All prices include VAT and travel charges. Additional travel charges may apply depending on the location.  Please be aware due to the VAT rise on January 4th 2011, prices will vary, but please ask for details and all arrangements made before taking the booking.

Premium bridal packages with availability throughout the whole wedding day can also be offered. Please ask for details.

Before your wedding it is advisable to have a make-up trial first. Trials are usually booked around 3-9 months before your wedding date and normally last around 1-2 hours.

At your trial, we can discuss your requirements and wishes. Different looks will be tried, taking into account your hairstyle, dress, and the colour scheme of the wedding. The trial ends when you are 100% satisfied with your look.

This is Sarah - Louise's full time job so she can be flexible and arrange a trial time to suit your schedule. Evening appointments are available as well as weekend appointments that fit around current wedding commitments.

Pictures will be taken and products used recorded to reproduce the same stunning look on your wedding day.

Advantages of a trial:

b) one more thing well prepared for the big day = less stress
c) in case of any skin sensitivities, the brand to avoid will be known in advance

If you are happy with the make-up and would like to secure your wedding date, full payment  of your wedding day makeup acts as your non-refundable deposit and is payable by cheque or cash within a week of your trial appointment.

Due to populairty of Sarah-Louise, cancelling a trial appointment and re - booking for another date within 3 weeks will not be refunded and charged again. Payment for trial date will be asked when booking to confirm and secure your appointment with Sarah-Louise. 

Important information: No reaction should occur from the trial as products used by Sarah-Louise are all gentle. However, if in the very unlikely event, a reaction should occur, please inform Sarah-Louise as soon as possible. She will then help to eliminate the product that is causing the reaction (e.g moisturiser cream) and will replace this product with her client's trustee product for the actual Wedding Day. Due to high demand, once payment has been received, a Wedding Day make up cannot be cancelled (payment resulting to contract of Wedding make up supply between Sarah-Louise and the customer), but Sarah-Louise will use other products to make sure a reaction will not appear again. By booking your Wedding Make Up with Sarah-Louise you accept any responsibility for any reaction if occured.

WEDDING DAY On your wedding day, Sarah - Louise will come to your home, or your chosen destination so that you can enjoy a relaxing and professional make-up experience.

Her aim is to leave you feeling calm and confident and looking beautiful for your husband-to-be and for the photos and memories that will last a life time.

The bridesmaids’ / mum of the bride’s make-up begin first to keep the bride for last, so it still looks fresh.

If you are getting married in peak season, to secure your make up trial and wedding day, payment will be asked for at time of booking. If you're getting married off peak season, payment for trial will be asked for at time of booking and 50% of your wedding day makeup cost is required as part payment and deposit for your wedding day makeup. Full balance of your appointment is required at least 14 days in advance of your wedding day. Payment can be made by cash or cheque.

Should you need to cancel your appointment (wedding or trial date), please contact Sarah - Louise as soon as possible. If you cancel your appointment within six weeks of the date, a late payment charge will be payable - usually full payment will be asked again for the rebook of your trial or wedding day. If make up is cancelled, no refund is able to be given once a time and dates are confirmed between both parties.

If you're getting married in peak season, payment for trial and wedding day will be asked at booking for the trial. If you're not getting married in peak season, payment will be asked for as follows:

• 2 weeks prior to Wedding Day: 100% of the outstanding balance
• At Wedding Make Up Trial : 50% deposit of the total Wedding Package
